College Fees

The fee is charged, per semester as follows, but is subject to change as per University/ Government directives :

The receipt for Library Deposit & College Deposit totaling Rs. 300/- will be given while taking admission for the first time in the college. This receipt will have to be preserved carefully as per the rules mentioned on it. The amount of deposit will be refunded only after three years completion of study or within six months period of the declaration of the result of the last university examination passed. The original receipt bearing the concerned officer’s signature should be submitted to the college office. It is to be noted that a student failing to produce the original receipt or failing to produce the receipt within the prescribed time limit will not be refunded the amount of deposit. In the event of any damage to the furniture of the college, or any dues of the library or failure to pay the breakage charge of laboratory, the amount will be recovered from the deposit of student. The student leaving the college during any term of the college will not be refunded the amount of deposit before twelve months from the date of deposit of the amount.

Hostel Facility

There is a common hostel for arts, science, commerce and law students which is managed by S. B. Garda College Trust. Boys and girls are accommodated in separated wings at the hostel.

Rs.1,000 Electric Charges
Rs.500 Other Service Charges
Rs.3,000 Total fees per term

Besides the above mentioned fee for hostel, a sum of Rs. 1000/- as deposit is to be paid while taking admission in the hostel for the first time. This amount of Rs. 1000/- will be refundable, on production of original deposit receipt.

Note: Admission to the hostel will be provided, only if there are sufficient number of applicants.

Certificate of Enrollment

For the certificate of enrollment, all students taking admission in a college affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University for the first time should obtain the prescribed form from the college, fill it and submit it along with the specified fee, in the college office.
